I linked credit card for verification process on Jun 5 and got ¥200 withdrawal notice from paypal but it's not shown on a credit card statement .
Do I have to wait a little longer ?
Can I check with paypal or should I contact with credit card compnay directly if transaction was really done?
Do I have to be verified by both the bank and credit card company?
