if I have a PayPal debit card, can it be linked to my PayPal credit account

I have a PayPal debit card.

I have a PayPal credit account.

 

Can I set things up so that when I pay with the debit card, the charge goes to the credit account? If so, how?
If not, is there a PayPal credit card?
