how to use paypal credit

i am trying to pay a friend on paypal using the paypal credit. i have already been approved however it says that the paypal credit option is not available to me to use for the transaction. i was wondering how come or how to fix it that i can. thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that PayPal Credit is not an available option for the payment you wish to send. PayPal Credit may not always be an option. If the security system rules it out as a payment method, it will not be offered and a different method will have to be selected if the payment is to be made.
