i bought an item 30 minutes ago. i placed an item location of "us only" on the search and somehow this chinese seller came up but i didnt see that he was from china and with a low rating. the item that i bought was not the item that ebay sent me in a confirmation email a few minutes later. i paid with paypal credit andi see that cancelling is not possible. i sent seller a Cancel Request in a few minutes but i doubt that he'll respect it.
handling is more than 30 business days! i didnt see this either! i cant believe i missed these points!
only ~$10 but still ... i think that this Chinese guy found a way around ebay's security machinery.
