I would like to know how to become eligible for payapal credit because every time i go to apply it says its not available.

That's a great question! PayPal credit approval is subject to a credit approval. Synchrony Bank will review and consider your credit report and other information prior to making this decision. If the application is denied, you will receive a letter in 7 to 10 business days with details of the decision.
