I called and they gave me an address to send a written request, that the mail returned, either that office is closed due to covid or i got a wrong address. in any case, seems to me strange that this bank is not willing to lower interest rates, been that currently they are extremelly low and i have an excellent payment record. Could advise what steps to take on this regard or whom/what area should I contact in Paypal or Syncrony bank.
