I was charged an amount from Netflix which was fraudulent and they sent me notification that was true. I tried to get in touch with pay pal and have been sitting on their chat line for 1hour and fifteen minutes waiting for a specialist to help me as my case was apparently passed on to a specialist but nobody has contacted me.
