fraudulent charges

I am charge by $69 on my paypal credit account by a company by the name EVERNOTE 

I contact the company and they never charge any amount to my account with them

I send the information to (email from EVERNOTE)  PayPal but the refuse to reverse the charges

I am not able to open another case

how i can get the cancelation of the $69 on my account
