Hi, two weeks an item I purchased with PayPal Creditwas shipped to me from a store in Germany. The item was shipped on 15th January andhas been delayed somewhere by UPS with no future delivery date given. I no longer require the item. I will probably get charged import duties before delivery. I understand that if I refuse to pay the charges the item is returned to seller. Where do I stand as far as getting a refund? What are my options. Many thank
