directdebit and paypal credit

hi everyone can you help?

i have been charged twice for my papal credit by direct debit

i have had no statement telling me i would be charged or when and then i was charged twice for a total of 150 pounds

my balance is only just above this so just one 75 pound charge is still to much

tried to contact them through email but all i get is an automated response 

followed by another automated response 

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

please help
