Last year I had a refund sent back to my account, i checked and seemed to be in the account. I started traveling to Europe and now find myself still in Europe, I want to use my Paypal credit and it seems that it's impossible to do so. I just now read in some forums about a new law that passed for march, I have no idea what this is, but I am very scared if I lost my money that is in paypal.
When I am trying to transfer this money to my brother's account in USA I am pushed into opening a paypal cash account, and after accepting the terms and conditions the website sends me to a unfinished page that says "done_page.submitbutton.label.need_more_data" I tried contacting paypal the past 24 hours and no luck.
