I had a letter telling me my credit limit would increase on Feb. 22nd, today. Nothing showing. Lots of community and other online searches show this to be an ongoing problem, but nobody has ever answered, or said how long it takes or if it ever shows up at all! Paypal not answering. Can somebody please answer, is it just one of their delays?? Why do they specify a date then not apply it?!
