applying for Pay pal credit

I fill out the forms correctly but its seems to be stuck in a loop saying "There's a problem with some of your information. Please review and try again."  all of my information is accurate though.

You may be facing a technical issue. You can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
