accessing the paypal credit area

i click on the paypal credit button to take me to that part of the website and i get a html 404 type screen and it wont let me into that part of paypal. so how am i supposed to pay my bill or do anything whatsoever?

I would love to know the cause of this and, more importantly, when the fix will be pushed out to the app.

I am also unable to access the PayPal Credit part of my account.  No problems with any others.
