i purchased concert tickets through stubhub and paid them off using paypal credit in installments over 6 months. now 7 months after the tickets were paid off the concert has been cancelled due to covid 19. stubhub has advised they will refund the full amount to my payment source. will i be able to access the money when it is refunded back to paypal credit ?
I have the same question, and have tried Paypal chat to find out the answer; they referred me to help email I am not planning any large purchases in the future to use this up and would like the money to go into my bank account. I'm hoping someone will provide an answer asap.
