Paypal credit closed my account because they said they sent the statements to the wrong address. The problem is that I have been getting paypal credit mail at this address for over two and a half years. There seems to be a glitch in their system. I spoke to an agent who says it will take 55 days to reactivate my account. Also spoke to a supervisor who says they didnt get my address change. So, what I hear is that paypal credit just randomly closes accounts with no discussion, warning or notification at all if thats how they feel. There is no resolution process that allows the customer to not have a disruption in their service?? Specifically when I can prove I have been getting bills to my current address? Wow ok well in that case thank you Paypal for showing me who you are. I chose not to do business with you anymore.
