So I have received a refund in my PayPal and it is shown as + but yet my PayPal balance is 0 and when I go on wallet to withdraw money into my bank account there is no option there to do that???
Once a refund is issued it will automatically go back to your bank account or card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that varies country to country.
