Why am i still Paying Monthly on my PayPal Credit?

Im just Curios, I have payed all my 6 month 0% interests on all i  have bought, but still paying monthly? Am i missing something? or i just don't understand how it works. For example: My Credit limit is £7,000.00 and my current balance is £3,800
