I have paypal credit and it ALWAYS gets denied EVEN when paypal credit is available through the store at checkout. I've also tried to send money several times and it tell me that my request can't be completed athe this time...try again later. WHY is this happening? My account DOES NOT show any limitations and NOTHING needs to be varified. Please help....paypal credit seems like a scam!
