Where did they move the PayPal Extras Mastercard tab to?

I notice lots of changes to the home screen -- One of them being that I can't find the PayPal Extras Mastercard section anywhere!!  I have to pay my bill someone please help!

Try:

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Click Money, Banks and Cards.
