WAITING FOR PAYPAL OR SYNCHRONY TO CALL ABOUT FRAUD!

How many times do i have to contact paypal and synchrony regarding a fraud investigation? PP said they gave up and gave it to synchrony and that someone would contact me...weeks ago!!! ANd I can't use my account NOR have they sent me a new # WTF?!?!?!?

My god in heaven. Same hassles. It is impossible to contact this PayPal synchrony card. I just need page from old account.
