Good morning all, From what I have read, even though I was approved for a credit limit from PayPal Credit/Synchrony Bank, and even if a particular merchant accepts PayPal Credit, the company of PayPal itself is the final determinant as to being able to use that line of credit. Am I understanding this correct?
