Hi, I e been trying to update card details for over a week and keep getting a reply - can’t handle your request at present etc very frustrating as I do have direct payments through my card.
I was having trouble with that as well. Are you just trying to update a card or delete a card? They told me once that if you have pending transactions (even not related to the card) then you cant cancel it which i found a bit odd but eventually I was able to take off my old cards/ non active bank accounts
