Hi, last week I received a charge from my PayPal Credit account for $35. The seller is listed as SocialPresenceNetwork, or qqtube.com. After some research, this seems to be a very shady website where someone could buy YouTube views. I have never used PayPal credit before, and didn't even know I had that kind of account. I disputed the claim and PayPal replied:
"We've completed our review of your unauthorized activity case, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use."
I don't see how this conclusion is possible, this transaction is completely alien to me. After calling and getting passed around phone lines for an hour, they told me they don't see any fraudulent activity. But this transaction is so obviously shady to anyone who can google! I've already changed all my passwords. Is there anything I can do to not pay this charge??
