I have just received my monthly statement with the usual minimum payment request. I have used the"pay now" button but when I try and make a payment it states that I should add a bank account. When I try to do this no bank accounts are listed....the page is blank. ..I didn't have this trouble last month....just pressed "pay now" and made a larger payment than the minimum payment required which I admit did take about 5 days to clear through my bank. I have bought further items
through my linked bank account during July/August and don't see why I need to add another bank account....not that I can do it anyway!
