I'm trying to use my PayPal credit to purchase a service but every time I try, it either asks me to link a payment account, doesn't show up as an option to use, or says payment denied. I have verified my PayPal account and my credit via email. For the life of me I cannot figure out what is wrong or how to fix it. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
