The 'Rolling Reserve' is not in my account on Day 91!

 Paypal has me on a 20% rolling reserve hold. It started 91 days ago. Day 1, there is no release. I call them up and get their $8/hr phone person that can't help. She says I have to contact MTS because my payment schedule is not showing. I kept telling her that's great, but what about the money? She said to call technical support and could not help me further. WTF? 

The rep 2 days ago on the phone said I would get my first hold payment today, but there is nothing. Sounds like a bunch of incoherent phone reps. The other girl says there is a 21 day hold on my release after the 90 days and I will be receiving 80% of it. 

Believe me, I'm just as confused as you are. They said 90 days, why don't I have money?

Can i get a lawyer for this?
