A few times Paypal has sent me a notice about spending 600 dollars and paying it over 2 years with no real interest. Though I am assuming there must be some sort of charges. At any rate my winter coat died and I need a new one.

Does anyone know if Paypal does the 600 dollar offer somewhere near Christmas time?
I am having a bit of trouble finding a good way to contact them, and hope someone knows the answer.
