Is anyone else having problems with the Paypal Syncro Bank allocating the special financing payments, by paying down offers that expire later instead of the ones that expire first? They said you have to call in to put the money on what you want or they will put it where they want , and that would benefit them by leaving the balance higher in case you can not pay it off in time ,they get the interest. This is not a good practice or fair practice. I will be limiting the use of the services of paypal as long as they are connected to this Bank. I have a Walmart account and they were using this Bank{ Syncro },, I believe that they were Kicked to the curb for these same practices,( In my own opinion ) If any one has had problems please let me know so this type of issue can be handled properly.
