I fully expect PayPal to remove this message once it is seen, but it continues to ignore my instructions that it stop reminding me by both standard mail and emails to "update" a PayPal credit card I CANCELED nearly two years ago. Short of my filing a formal complaint through my attorney, can anyone recommend a solution to stop these reminders?
