I found solutions to the problem of pay pal credit not working on any site, and it was check back later or it's something you did, trying not to make a valid purchase, or from a shifty source. However I tried to reorder the same thing from a site that was fine a week ago. It seems to have started after last update, it's a problem from PayPals end and should be fixed.
