So confused

Help!! I tried to use PayPal credit for a transaction and I know I have credit cause I just applied and was granted credit but when I tried to check out a message told me that my "bill me later" was not accepted to please enter another form of payment....why?? I can go to my PayPal credit account and it says that I have available credit but it won't let me use it.....someone please tell me why????

Its only available to use if the seller offers it on their payment checkout OR Paypal offers it transaction dependent.
