I ordered a product where time in receiving it was not an issue; however, there was a guaranteed date for Sept 27th, but it arrived today Sept. 29th. Two days late. Shipping was free and the product arrived just fine, but I'm curious as to why a guarantee was given and then missed. What does that entail? Who is responsible? And what's the point? Not looking for compensation (not my style) but had that been an issue what would be the response and actions taken to amend this?

who guaranteed the delivery date?
if you or the seller has paid the carrier for a guaranteed delivery date,look for the terms of carrier guarantee.
