Sending money using pay pal credit to invalid e-mail address/refund

I sent money using PPCredit to my brothers invalid e-mail by accident. It was pending for 4 days and I asked PP to cancel the transaction. They did. But the money came out of my PPCRedit acct and it hasn’t been refunded to my credit acct yet. PP status says it has been refunded and the transaction is complete. But not showing on PPCredit acct. PLEASE HELP‼️

Refunds to PPC may take a week, up to 30 days to post. Credit industry standard.
