It is my understanding that I am supposed to be able to use Paypal Credit to send money to another person. When I try, Paypal credit isn't even an option to use to send money. When I call customer service, they tell me I have plenty of credit available but can't answer my question as to why I'm not able to access this line of credit to send money (and sometimes to purchase items). Does anyone have any suggestions as to why I am unable to access Paypal credit for any of these reasons? I have Paypal credit checked as my preferred source of payment on Paypal and have no restrictions.
