SYNCB/PPC - Paypal closed account due to inactivity impacting credit score negatively

I'd like to understand why without notice or communication, PayPal's credit division shut down my card and by doing so impacted my credit significantly.  Is there anything we can do to correct it?

How to remove bad credit rating from the credit bureaus? Mine went from 730 to 600 because of this.
