Refund

Hi,

I have been trying to get help with PayPal for two refunds which sellers has agreed to.

One seller issued a refund which is still pending not showing in my PayPal account.

The other seller hasn't received funds yet even though they have been taken out of my account so until she does she want refund.

I have send message to PayPal with NO results and customer service is closed.

Question, is there another way that I can contact PayPal to help me resolve some refunds which sells have agreed to?
