Morning - I was issued a refund for an ebay return shipping and it showed as a credit on my paypal account summary. I was issued a refund for the purchase price but it has not gone back onto my credit card or show up as a balance on my paypal account. Does it usually take awhile for it to get to a credit card for a refund?
