Refund to Paypal Credit not reflected in balance after a month.

Hi,

On the 23rd of June I received a refund of £120 for an item I bought with Paypal Credit. It is now the 22nd or August and although the refund shows on my transactions, the money is still showing as needing to be paid on the credit screen. I've tried to call Paypal directly about this but all I get it an automated response that isn't very helpful.

Is there anything I can do to get the money cleared from my account so I'm not paying for an item I didn't receive?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
