Refund of Paypal credit

Holiday was refunded to Paypal credit account which put the account into credit. Can I transfer this money into my bank account

Sadly not as paypal credit can't be used as cash advances.

So will the funds just be left as a credit on the credit account to use in the future?

I am likely to be in a similar situation but could possibly have some other credit still due from other purchases, will the refund just be used as payment for these?

The original payment that will be refunded has been cleared off the balance a few months ago.

Same here.Items never got sent and I have been trying to get this resolved for TWO MONTHS! No item, a debt and interest going on nothing! I too am going in circles trying to(and failing) to get this sorted.There should be a simple request refund button, but that'd be too easy wouldn't it?  😞

So there isn't a solution.  This should be left as unsolved.
