I bought something with Paypal credit which turned out to be faulty and I then returned it for a refund. In the meantime, I paid off my Paypal credit balance. The refund is showing in my Paypal credit as -£80, with no outstanding payments to be made or anything. I don't understand where my money is? As I am not able to withdraw it from my Paypal but it is not in my bank account. I have tried to speak to someone on live chat and make a call and send an email to no avail and I would quite like my money!
