I received a full refund from a seller. Refund process was, as usual, in a pending status for approx 1 week.
I cleared my PayPal credit balance prior to any refund.
I've now received a PayPal message of "Notification of a Complete Refund". It all looks correct in the transaction history and I would expect to see a credit on my PayPal account, but the balance is not showing anywhere.
I've checked my bank account and it hasn't been returned there either.
Any ideas?
