Received a refund to PayPal Credit but the money isn't accessible to withdraw

Hi all

I paid for a bed via PayPal credit and finished paying for it earlier this month so i have no payments outstanding.

Typically the bed broke about a week later so the company i bought it from have refunded the money back to me, however on PayPal it says its been refunded to my PayPay Credit and i therefore can't access the money because my PayPal balance says £0.00 and my PayPal credit says £0.00 .

I'd like to withdraw it to my bank account so i can buy another bed, can anyone advise how i do this please?

Issued refunds to PayPal Credit can take a few days up to 30 days. Once the surplus credit appears in your account, you can use the credit on another purchase. If you don’t use the credit up in a couple billing periods then PayPal Credit will process a refund on the third billing period and mail you a cheque or send the credit to your PayPal balance, whatever their policy is.
