I agree 100% it’s bad business practice. They should have given us information in an email or something or a hotline to call for this stuff but that would be unethical business standards. I hope you can get your account fixed I called and they said they could not find my account so had to give my information again. I told them that makes no sense you automated phone system is calling me and leaving me messages

Hi all,
I'm sorry to hear that you are facing challenges with PayPal Credit. Can you let me know if you're logging into your PayPal account to access the credit account? If so, are you using a consumer or merchant account? Is this a recent change?
I agree that we should have some information for those impacted by any changes being made and with the information you provide I can work with the right teams to publish content.
