I opened new PayPal credit account, I made a few purchases and now it won't let me purchase anything. I have a $3000.00 dollar credit limit and have only spent $600. Called customer support they said for new accounts there are security blocks once in awhile. They cannot remove them or tell me when I can make purchases again. They said there is no way to manipulate accounts, not sure what that means. Has anyone else had this issue ?
