On my PayPal, I currently have a monthly payment for a laptop as well as a promotional offer on a product.
I have just noticed that whilst my my laptop's price is reducing, my promotional offer on a product still has its full remaining amount despite me paying more than my minimum amount due.
Is there a way to manually select a promotional offer and pay for that specific item?
