Promotional Offer Payment

I've got no payments due for this month as I had already paid them.

A few days ago I put the full amount of payment required for a promotional offer which expires 20/02/2021

the transaction has gone through however it still says there is a remaining balance for the full amount?

I don't want to be charged interest when I've put enough money into my balance to pay it off.

Any help would be great.
