I'm in need of help! My paypal credit is saying that there is an unpaid balance of £9.98 on my account. I haven't used my paypal credit in a very long time so what could this balance be? I have also been receiving suspicious phone calls from people say they are PayPal and they want me to give them my email address in order to verify who I am. I asked them what is the nature of this call and they said they just need the email for security verification. I hung up the call and blocked the number.
