Thanks for posting. 

You cannot add money directly through your bank. You can add money from Gcash though. You will find more information here https://www.paypal.com/ph/webapps/mpp/gcash-easy-withdrawals . 

In Phillipines, it is also required that you add a confirm a card on your account to ensure that it is verified.
