Permanent/totally Disabled - advice pls

PayPal has been my conduit for conducting business as both a seller and buyer for years. In recent years I also took advantage of the credit PayPal extended- I am 53 and try to avoid using credit, but in the past 2 years I have relied on it... and am thankful for PayPal. Recently my health declined further and I am now totally / permanently disabled after a work history of 3 decades. Please share any experiences you may have in asking PayPal for a “hardship” agreement, so I can lower my payments on the $1800 I owe. Also does Paypak consider lowering interest rate under these circumstances? I’m currently only 30 days over due, and a near perfect pay history for about 4 years. Thank you.
